These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Astra, operated by Adi Works ("Company"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Astra. The Service is currently available to creators only.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining account security. You may delete your account through the Service.

3. Subscriptions

Astra offers free and paid plans. All fees are non-refundable.

4. Third-Party Platforms

Astra integrates with third-party platforms including Meta platforms, TikTok, X, YouTube, Twitch, and Kick. Use of these platforms is governed by their respective terms.

You authorize access via OAuth and may revoke access at any time.

5. Authorized Actions

Where explicitly enabled, Astra may draft content, reply to messages, or interact with accounts on your behalf. You remain responsible for all activity.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of your content and grant Astra a license to use it to operate and improve the Service.

7. Acceptable Use

You may not misuse the Service, violate laws, or access platforms outside approved APIs.

8. AI Outputs

Insights and recommendations are informational only and not guarantees or professional advice.

9. Intellectual Property

All Service IP (excluding user content) is owned by the Company.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations or legal reasons.

11. Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES.

12. Limitation of Liability

THE COMPANY IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

13. Arbitration

All disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration. Court litigation and class actions are waived where permitted by law.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Delaware law.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
